Telecommunications Relay Services is appreciated by its customers.
The Operator Work Station also functions 24 hours per day. The workstation is used as part of the Lucent Operator Services Position System (OSPS).
The Intelligent Customer Support Systems suite is being used in the U.S. and in Europe.
The TCI SUMMITrak customer service and billing system was worthy enough to be purchased by these folks.
